We want you to love your Maison Exa purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund. To be eligible, issues must be reported within 7–14 days of delivery with clear photo evidence. Outside of damage-related cases, all sales are considered final due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
